AI Built with Purpose and Respect
We're on a mission to create technology that empowers communities, preserves culture, and drives meaningful impact.
Our Story
Founded by Mohammad Wasim in 2024, RiGoMIND grew out of years of hands-on work across tourism, museum curation, creative practice, cultural preservation, and academic research in Responsible AI. The initiative brings together lived experience on the ground with rigorous thinking about how intelligent systems should reason, decide, and act—especially in culturally sensitive, real-world settings.
In 2018, Wasim founded the Balti Heritage Museum in Turtuk, which went on to receive a Gold Award at the Outlook Responsible Tourism Awards 2025. Through this work, a clear gap became visible: cultural institutions and hospitality businesses lacked intelligent technologies that could understand local context, respect heritage, and meaningfully connect communities. Parallel to this, Wasim’s academic work in Responsible AI focused on causal reasoning and forward-looking responsibility in multi-agent systems—examining how AI systems can anticipate the consequences of their actions and act proactively and ethically, rather than reactively. RiGoMIND emerged at the intersection of these two trajectories: to build AI agents that are context-aware, ethically grounded, and capable of informed decision-making in complex cultural environments.
What We Do
RiGoMIND develops intelligent systems for museums, hospitality, and cultural institutions, enabling them to operate more effectively while preserving what matters most—their stories, values, and local knowledge.
What We Bring
A deep, practice-based understanding of tourism, museums, and cultural preservation
A proven track record in community-driven cultural projects
Strong technical expertise in Responsible AI, reasoning, and natural language processing
A commitment to building technologies that serve both cultural integrity and organizational needs
Why RiGoMIND?
Rigo means mountaintop—a symbol of elevation, clarity, and perspective.
It evokes reaching a vantage point from which one can see more clearly and think beyond the immediate.
Mind stands for intelligence, deliberation, and conscious judgment.
Together, RiGoMIND expresses our promise:
a high-level perspective and mode of thinking, deliberately applied to complex real-world challenges—enabling enterprises, institutions, and communities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and creativity.
Responsible AI Principles
Community-First Design
We work directly with communities to ensure our AI serves their needs and respects their values. No solution is deployed without community input and approval.
Cultural Sensitivity
Every culture has unique perspectives and sensitivities. Our systems are trained to understand context, respect traditions, and avoid cultural appropriation.
Data Privacy
We believe data belongs to the communities that generate it. All data is stored securely, used only for agreed purposes, and communities maintain full ownership.
Transparency
We're open about how our AI works, what data it uses, and what decisions it makes. No black boxes, no hidden agendas—just honest technology.
How We Build AI Differently
Autonomous by Design
Our systems are built to operate independently once deployed. They learn from interactions, adapt to changing needs, and improve over time—all without requiring constant human intervention. This means lower costs and less technical expertise needed from our clients.
Purpose-Built, Not Generic
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all AI. Each solution is carefully crafted for its specific domain—whether that's museum operations, hospitality management, or language preservation. This specialization means better performance, fewer errors, and more relevant features.
Seamless Integration
Technology should enhance existing workflows, not disrupt them. Our systems integrate smoothly with current operations, require minimal training, and work alongside human teams to augment their capabilities rather than replace them.
