RiGoMIND respects your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with a hotel through our AI-powered messaging assistant and wish to have your data deleted, you can request this at any time.
What Data We Hold
For guests who have messaged a hotel through our platform, we may hold: your phone number, conversation history, and any details you shared during the conversation (room number, requests, preferences).
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email
Send an email to admin@rigomind.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the phone number you used to message the hotel.
Option 2: WhatsApp
Send the message “Delete my data” to the same number you used to message the hotel.
What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days. Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
Scope
Deletion covers data stored by RiGoMIND. The hotel may independently retain records of service requests fulfilled during your stay under their own data policies. For questions about hotel-held data, please contact the hotel directly.
