The terms that govern use of the RiGoMIND platform.

These terms govern the use of the RiGoMIND Hospitality AI platform (“Service”), operated by RiGoMIND (“we”, “us”). By using our Service — whether as a hotel partner or a hotel guest interacting across messaging channels — you agree to these terms.

Service Description

RiGoMIND provides an AI-powered guest communication assistant that operates across messaging channels on behalf of partner hotels. The Service handles common guest inquiries, service requests, and information delivery. Complex or sensitive requests are escalated to hotel staff.

For Hotel Partners

Hotel partners are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to RiGoMIND for their knowledge base (room details, policies, services, pricing). Partners must designate staff contacts for escalated requests. Service availability and pricing are governed by the separate partnership agreement between the hotel and RiGoMIND.

For Guests

Guests interact with an AI assistant, not a human, unless their request is escalated to hotel staff. While we strive for accuracy, responses are generated based on information provided by the hotel and may occasionally be incomplete or outdated.

For urgent matters — especially medical emergencies or safety concerns — guests should contact hotel staff directly or call emergency services.

Limitations

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for errors in AI-generated responses. RiGoMIND is not responsible for the hotel’s fulfilment of requests communicated through our platform.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Service to send spam, abusive content, or illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to hotel partners. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
